A vetted local hauler takes the job. We come out for a free onsite estimate, verify the scope with you, and give a firm price in person before anything moves.
We load it, sweep the space, and haul it off, donating and recycling what we can before anything hits the landfill. Often the same visit.
The app is coming to Austin. Until it launches, every job is handled directly by us.

Every job ends with a sweep of the cleared area. Furniture that still has life goes to donation, metal and electronics get recycled, and the landfill is the last stop, not the first.

Every job is priced at a free onsite estimate. We come out, walk it with you, and give you a firm number in person, with no obligation to book. Photos hide volume, access and weight — a garage photo doesn't show the attic, the shed, or a driveway we can't back down. Looking in person is how the price you're told stays the price you pay.
The one exception: a single identified item, like one mattress, one couch, one appliance or one hot tub, can often be priced over the phone because there's nothing hidden. Anything beyond that gets a visit.
Good to know: load sizes above are based on our 14 ft trailer with 4 ft walls, about 16 cubic yards — a full load is roughly a packed two-car garage. Mattresses, tires, concrete, dirt, shingles and other special-handling material are priced differently and confirmed at the estimate. Sales tax added at 8.25%. Lockbox or gate code works — you don't have to be there for the estimate or the job.

We look at the job in person before we quote it, so the number holds. No "well, actually" once the trailer's half loaded.
Usable furniture gets donated. Metal and electronics get recycled. The dump is where the leftovers go, not the default.
Every job ends with a broom. We sweep the cleared area before we pull out, so the space looks better than it did before the junk showed up.
Often same day, usually within 24 hours. We can frequently do the estimate and the haul on the same visit. Weekends included — we run 7am–7pm, seven days.
Nope. A lockbox or gate code is enough for both the estimate and the job. If the junk is accessible — driveway, curb, open garage, backyard gate — we can walk it, price it, haul it, and send you before/after photos with the invoice.
Because photos hide things — volume, access, weight, and whatever is behind the pile. A number given from a picture is a guess, and guesses get corrected on the driveway, which is a lousy way to meet someone. The visit is free, there's no obligation, and it means the price we tell you is the price you pay.
Donate first, recycle second, landfill last. Usable furniture and household goods go to local donation centers, metal and electronics get recycled, and only the true junk hits the dump — with disposal handled legally at permitted facilities, receipts and all.
Yes — one couch, one fridge, one treadmill. A single identified item is usually specific enough to price over the phone without a visit, and if you can get it to the curb, the 10% curbside discount applies too.
Yes — 10% off for veterans and active military, permanent. Just show a veteran or military ID at the estimate. One discount per order. Thank you for your service.
Card, Zelle, or cash when the job's done — never before. You'll get a proper invoice from the LLC either way.
